Delete Your Account
You can delete your The Six account directly from within the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers.
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account data cannot be recovered. Make sure to export or back up any records you want to keep before proceeding.
How to Delete Your Account In-App

Open The Six app Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll to the bottom Find the "Account" or "Danger Zone" section near the bottom of Settings.

Tap "Delete Account" You will be prompted to confirm. Tap "Delete" to permanently delete your account.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account credentials (email and password)
- All check-in and meditation records synced to our servers
- Your community wall posts
- Your avatar and profile information
- All other data associated with your account on our servers
What Is Not Affected
- Local data on your device — journal text and records stored only on your device are not deleted by this action. Uninstalling the app will remove this data.
- Google Drive backup — if you have backed up data to your own Google Drive, that backup remains in your Drive account and is not affected.
- Active subscriptions — deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately through the Google Play Store.
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to access your account or the app, you can request account deletion by email. Please include your registered email address in your request.
